Flat Iron Returns
Warranty period: 1 year (from date of purchase).
Return policy: with the purchase of Magic Sleek Flat Iron, you are entitled to a guarantee against factory defects as a result of manufacturing or material faults.
Returns cannot be made due to faults resulting from normal wear and improper use or treatment such as:
1. Failure or damage caused by inadequate maintenance or care.
2. Misapplication or incompatibility with other equipment.
3. Damages caused by contact with moisture or chemical.
5. External or natural influences.
6. Incorrect electrical voltage input or insufficient fuse protection.
Return will only be ensured when a claim is accompanied by his warranty certificate.
