All orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, product launches, or holiday seasons.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information. Please note that we do not guarantee specific delivery dates, as transit times depend on the carrier. Domestic packages typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days, but weather, carrier capacity, or unforeseen delays may extend delivery times.
Shipping Rates
Magic Sleek offers flat-rate shipping for all domestic orders: Magic Sleek Shipping Policy
• Standard Flat Rate Shipping: $18.00
• Overnight Shipping (Expedited): Additional $40.00
Overnight shipping is available for most locations. Overnight orders must be placed over the phone before 3:00 PM EST to qualify for same-day processing. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that overnight shipping shortens only the carrier’s transit time; it does not affect internal order processing. Additional handling times may occur during holidays or promotional periods.
Delivery Responsibility
Magic Sleek provides tracking information once the package has left our facility. Once the carrier confirms delivery, the responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid, secure shipping address where the package can be safely delivered. Magic Sleek is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after the carrier has marked them as delivered.
Suppose you live in an area where delivery may be at risk. In that case, we recommend shipping to a business address, using a secure drop-off location, or requesting “signature required” service directly with the carrier for added protection.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages
While Magic Sleek is not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, or delivery errors, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos of both the packaging and the product, so we can assist in resolving the issue promptly.
For lost packages, please contact the carrier first with your tracking number, then notify our customer service team so we can support the claim process. Our goal is to ensure every customer receives their products safely and in excellent condition. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to resolve any shipping concerns efficiently.
International Shipping
Magic Sleek proudly ships internationally. Magic Sleek Shipping Policy International orders are subject to additional shipping charges, customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in Magic Sleek’s shipping costs.
Delivery times for international shipments may vary depending on customs processing in the destination country and local postal regulations. We recommend tracking your shipment regularly and staying informed about your country’s import policies to avoid unexpected delays or fees. In rare cases, customs inspections may extend delivery time beyond our control.
Order Changes and Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Magic Sleek is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
