This is my second time ordering a bottle of magic sleek, while the actual the product is great, both times I’ve ordered, you have yet to include a spray top. This last time I ordered the larger bottle and assumed it would be packaged well. It came loose in a box filled with cut up newspaper. This isn’t a cheap product, and it was a mess. Also, without the spray top.
I ordered both the Magic Sleek Maintenance Shampoo and Conditioner. Both have been great so far! I personally don’t find the smell as overwhelming as others have described. There is very little scent left in my hair after using a heat protectant serum and blow drying. Shipping was also extremely fast!

I did the magic sleek in September. I use the shampoo and conditioner to upkeep my beautifully sleek hair! It smells like a men’s bad cologne. I hope you can improve on that. That was the reason for 4 stars

The process was pretty straight forward. The hair came out so smooth and felt so healthy. I loved the no strong chemical smell. Though I didn't like that it affected my clients hair color. Also the spray on the bottles wasn't the best.
Thank you for your honest review! In cases of color lift you can always color your client’s hair right after the treatment. Any issues with the sprayer on the bottle can be addressed by using the bowl and brush to apply the product.
My clients love the non smell during the service. Gentle on the hair but effective in the collapsing of the volume and texture is soft and manageable.

At our salon, we use three different brands of Keratin treatments. We decided to try Magic Sleek due to its positive reviews. After applying the express solution to one of our stylists, he developed a rash on their scalp and neck. When we contacted the company representative to request a refund, and were informed that it was not possible. As a result of this experience, we have decided not to use Magic Sleek in our salon. We believe that it is not worth the investment of money or time.
